As a .1 RS owner I would consider selling the car in its current track oriented configuration and offer all parts to take the car back to stock to the buyer. Since I love the car it would not be on the low end of the market. So while cars may be out there, those that are driving them might need an enticement to sell. Conclusion, market is not cooling.

I think these guys are off
There are quite a few rs for saw right now on eBay and autotrader at the 179 level with diff options and some with even lower miles. If they are still available then obviously the price is too high. Go check yourself.
Switch cars had a car on eBay and then here for sale ASKING 169 for a white/red rs with 12k miles. I don't know if it sold but it was for sale for a while.
There was another guy in Florida who had quite a few decent cars for sal a few months back. One was white/grey with about 16k miles and was ASKING 169. Not sure where it cleared, if it did. It was also on eBay.
Options imo are pretty meaningless. Unless you have a steep driveway necessitating a lift, you buy this car to drive. I would not let a "wart" or a lack of this stitch or that stitch get in the way. It's condition, miles, color. Options are sort of a so what. Although the buckets on a car with this sporting nature is a must i would think.
Back to your question I think 162-168 is fair. Keep in mind that is still a ton of money

As much as I like the 991RS, it just doesn't tick all the boxes that the 997rs does. Yes, it will be faster around a track. It changes gears faster. I would enjoy driving around a track.
But, it's a weirdly built car.
1.The interior is super luxurious. Doesn't feel like an RS on the inside. So you would guess it would be targeted towards street driving. But a lot of reports is saying that it needs a track to come alive. PDK/ power and grip level probably makes it to fast for the road????? Are we really at that point?
2. So, is it a DD? Not really. The inside is very livable for DD. But it probably gets old quick to drive an RS in every day traffic?
3. So it's a track weapon. I like that. I would definitely be a lot quicker around a track in Auto and more grip and better turn in. And it would be fun.
But I still feel that the 997rs is so much fun on track. It's great for canyon runs on weekend morning. Rowing thru gears. Even at 50-70mph it can be a fun car. It's not as luxurious on the inside as the 991. And I like that. RS has to be RS. It's a terrible DD. That's also a good thing.
Just thinking out loud.

BY FAR the most important aspect is how well it's been maintained. Have the hubs been replaced after they timed out (4K miles)? Have the coolant lines been dealt with? Have the variocam actuators been upgraded to the latest rev? Has the transmission been rebuilt? How is the clutch? How often is it getting an oil change? If that work has not been done, you're looking at $20K of maint work (not warranty) on top of whatever the asking price is.
