Current situation on NT01 availability? Thinking about replacing these...

I am getting the sense that the NT01 is not as popular here on teh east coast. Paul at Radial Tire is a regional guru of tires for racing and such. He does not seem to be a fan. He thinks the R888 is better in most aspects other than wear/durability. There just doesn't seem to be as much interest around here but what the hell do I know. I'm just a casual once-in-a-while track guy with a street car.

Well. It has been decided. I am going to hit the crack pipe. No going back now. When you find me in the gutter, penniless, and my kids unable to attend college just cancel my account at Rennlist and get me back into a Audi (or Volkswagon.)

Hoosiers being mounted tomorrow morning but thank you very much for the offer. I am tempted to use buy them for the future. This community is amazing. If you want to get rid of them I'm sure there will be takers.

hey - so I have a set of shaved RA1 in the 335 size that many of us have run, they are old, but work OK. These have 8 heat cycles on them. I'm pulling them off an putting NT01 on the rims.
If anyone wants them - FREE - if you're in a pinch they work good. Like more rotation than NT01 and get a bit greasy when pushed hard.
Well, free local pickup. I'm in SoCal / OC area.
