Default Lower Cost Titanium Lug Bolts

We bought a brand new CNC Swiss Screw Machine this year and we are doing a large machining run of titanium for a customer. I decided to use this opportunity to make some lug bolts for the Porsche and will be running them this weekend. We will use the factory style lug bolt with the floating ball seat just like Porsche uses but we can now offer these at a really significant savings.

I am trying to gauge how many sets I should make.

I will sell them for $250.00 for a set of 20.

These lugs should weigh about 1/3 of the factory lug bolt, I will weigh one once they are finished this weekend.

Will this include widebody application? As bolt is @1/4" longer than narrow body application. For those wanting to use wheel lock, use the OEM lug bolt? Will weight of OEM wheel lock offset balance of other 4?

All I'm doing is making standard length lug bolts. I am not offering custom versions or testing the balance out if you use the stock lock.

I am building lug bolts at an incredibly low price using very high quality titanium and a very expensive, high-tech, precise machine. If you are interested in a set, I am more than happy to supply them to you. If you are looking for options, I suggest you call Tikore.

Very cool - I'm interested. Did you have a chance to weigh them? Curious what the absolute weight of a set is vs. stock set.
