Well historically the RS cars have done really well value wise. But the water-cooled RSs are made in much smaller numbers and they are also helped by classic 911 shape and being water-cooled. I don't think there will ever be a $500k 997 RS, but $200k in today's dollar might be possible in 10 years.

Actually, if you include the 4.0, the RS was produced in greater numbers than the "regular" GT3.

I think that car had almost 40k miles, which is quite a bit more than the OP's and that seller started at some unrealistic price, which delayed the sale if we are thinking about the same silver gt3.

Yeah, that was Riley's car. There were several reasons why it took so long to sell, mileage being just one of them.

Sorry, don't agree. Paddles only on f-car, Lamborghini, mcLaren....
