Default GT2 RS at Porsche Fairfield, CT

Does anyone have info on this car? A friend is looking at it.

Prelim check on the VIN shows steering wheel and hood replacement. Dealer is also balking at PPI. Guessing this car has been hit.

Any info would be appreciated.

I would sell you a bag of horse crap if I could get it CPO'ed!

If the Dealership is balking at an PPI then just RUN.

If you got the VIN then Car Fax it if you were going to PPI it in the first place.

When bringing up a PPI with a dealership, if they don't have a positive attitude in the slightest then call them on their bull**** and run.

one of my cars had 30,000 in damage. i got CPO'd.
CPO simply is extended warranty.
it doesn't mean the car is ok.
if u pay me enough money, i'll tell you my mom has purple skin and fluorescent hair. CPO is inherently a conflict of interest.

To me CPO is only a warranty. It has zero bearing on the quality of a car. I've seen cars that were hit badly CPO'd.

My instinct was to tell the buyer to walk away based on that info.

I've seen the car in person, it appeared flawless to me.

Haha, really?
I'm leaving the crash scraped mirror as a reminder of the road ATL crash ;-)
It's in good hands, lucky to have a good body shop! They care to do it right.

These guys put me on back on the track in California in only 2 weeks so I had to give them a little time now to get it finished properly.

As I understand it the current guideline for a CPO is no more than two painted panels?
