Default Anyone familiar with this 2010 GT3?

I have a deposit on the car and we are 99% there to get the deal done. Car DME report is good, no accidents, and seems to check out. Has most of the options I'm looking for.

But if anyone knows this car and has further information, its much appreciated.

Nice looking car. Are you able to obtain the service history on the car? It would be nice to have all of the records.

Service record from what I have seen seems to be pretty good.
No major mechanical issues.

Its CPOed as well.

Its def a very nice car, great specs.

Just trying to gather as much information on it as I can before I pull the trigger. I have a 991 C4S now that I will be trading in, going to miss it.
