I am planning to put a list of complains together regarding Eduardo Baptista - Race Parts Warehouse.
I will file the entire list through the attorney general office - emailed and talked to them already - then hire an attorney.
I need names, date of transactions, $ amount. Need to know if you filed any complain with CC, or if you have any supporting evidence - emails, letters, etc.
(Do not send that to me, by any means.)

I would, since I don't think we need to post names etc on the forum.
Actually if you prefer I can set up an open complain with the attorney general office in Florida and you can just send all the data to them. They suggested to launch a complain with Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services. I will do that too.

I think it might be helpful to at least post here that one is sending you information, so at least the larger we/RL community gets some sense of the extent of Eddie's activities.

I am out two exhausts systems, fully paid Oct 2013. Nothing but promises.

As some of you may have noticed, Eddie has been banned. This was contemplated for some time and deferred in the hope he would make good on his deliveries. Sadly this has not happened and he is gone from Rennlist. If you need to contact him use means other than PM here.

The worst part about this is that he's still at it. I got excited for 2 seconds when I saw a M&M exhaust on Ebay yesterday... until I noticed it was being sold by Race Parts Warehouse. Pathetic. Thank God for this forum or I may have been his next victim.

All I need is 2 clamps for my exhaust! No answer from M&M or FVD who sells the exhaust too.

Why spend $3300 on an exhaust when you buy a $100 part, weld it to the back of a steel OEM exhaust, and it will last forever.

M&M make great stuff, but for the track, what the point, it's all going to get thrashed.
