If everything checks out, that's one hell of a deal.

There are two of them with similar stories, both mid 30k miles, both one owner and no track times, one here in bay area one on east coast - why cant they be white...

Nice.
That is the perfect kind-a GT3. Nice but not too nice. Too many miles to be a garage queen.

In my mind there is no way these cars aren't amazing buys.

That SY 997.1 is a downright steal if no stories.

I wonder what the effect the new Z06 will have on used GT3 pricing next spring. z06 will be around $100k...I would image there will be a lot of cross shopping.

Who knows. Maybe the Z06 will make the 997 GT3s even more desirable in the same way the 991 Gt3s are effecting the 997.2 RS values.

The only people buying a new Z06 don't know what they want in the first place. Doubt many, truly Porsche Car people, will cross shop the two cars. Imagine a GT3, properly setup, as a scalpel and a new Z06 more of a Sledge Hammer. Something tells me that the Chevy is going to be over powered straight out of the box.

Tough to hate on the Vette - if you want to go around the track fast its the way to go

I just think they are ugly and don't give you the emotional response you are looking for.

Spent a weekend at Bondurant. My impression afterwards, the C6 Grand Sport was better setup for the track than the C7 was.

I contacted the seller. Car was in an accident when the car was only one month old. Decided not to investigate any further.
