Yeah, I used to go to Spring Mountain as much as I could when I lived in Las Vegas. It's about 40-45 minutes from Vegas. The pavement is almost as smooth as it is at Laguna Seca.

The next one is May 17/18 with Speed Ventures. After that it's gonna be way too hot out there until October. I think BMW CCA is going out there in Feb. 2015.

Peter, thank you for posting 3D CAD screen shots of your new trailer. I just got hard.

As much as I love Thunderhill (fast, challenging track, showers, club house, awnings, mist tent, tire shop, covered gas pumps, etc.)... I can't say enough good things about the track at Buttonwillow. Just don't stay anywhere near the track, make the journey all the way into the nice part of Bakersfield.

I'm super stoked to hear you wrong-coasters are coming out to the correct-coast for Mancation 2014!!! Looking forward to driving hard, drinking hard, bull****ting even harder and eating great food with all my friends all summer long!

Go to the Spring Mountain website and check out the amenities....the on-site track condos are awesome! You can chill in the AC room and watch your session videos while you wait for your next track session.

Lol...well I know the road very good. I have this uncanny ability to pickup and learn a road/track really quick and remember it. this particular road I have been driving since for years, so I can recite the road to you with every crack on the road.

Peter whether or not this sways u towards ncrc event June 28/29 at thill but they have a race grp provided u have a full cage to run the grp. One practice/one qualify and 2 races on that given day. U can also do de plus race grp for total of 9 sessions. Just a thought. Mike
