Cool, I have the movit brakes on mine, so I think that should be fine as far as brakes and pads go. Would I still need to change the brake fluid? Also what else would fall under prepping the car?

Movit brake!? Damn.. I wanna feel the stopping power on those.

Track prep/safety:
Flush/bleed brake fluids
Pads - use what u have as long as it has good life left in it.
nuts and bolts should be checked for tighten/correct torque spec

Tires - make sure u have good thread left. Ask someone at the track for proper air pressure cold and hot for ur tires.

Get an instructor. Whole day. Have lots of fun and learn how amazing your car is.

At the end of the day, have a beer w norcal DE crew =)

I just saw the email earlier today from PCA GGR about the DB limit for the Nov. LS event is not at 92db but rather 90db. You want to borrow my Prius (I don't want you to get meatballed)?

You will have the forest rangers/sound police coming onto the track trying to escort you guys off and give you a talking to how you are disturbing the rich neighbors.

Kormaster's git it right re prepping your car.

Come on up and join us at Laguna Seca. The track is a blast, and Monterey's not too bad, either. If you've never driven Laguna, sign up as a student and we'll assign you an instructor. And look me up when you get there and I'll jump in your car for a session or two. Or we can do some lead/follow also. Great way to learn the line, corners, etc.

California and all its db level restrictions. Total BS.
It's a race track for Godsake. Come to Florida where there are no limits.
