Ya, the aspect ratio on the NT-01s works. Some people report issues with the 315/30, some don't. Must depend on the driving style. Smooth is fast. In either case, the new 305/35 tire has the right aspect ratio.

As a note, MVEZ meant to say 315, not 305 in the above post. 305 JUST came out.

No, I meant 305. I've been running 305-35-18 RA1's for the past 2 years, I have a stash, but now that the NT01 is out, it's a faster tire (considerably), so time to switch to fresh rubber. Tired of using 2007 dated tires...lol.

NT01 245/305 will give the same balance, just more overall grip and faster, but last just as long. No shaving needed either.

.2RS guys like the 335 rear, but that's because they have more HP, and considerably lower gearing, which can put a 335 to better use. The .1RS doesn't need a 335, 305 is plenty of tire.

Any issues with fender clearance? 18" or 19" wheels?

Any thoughts on 18 vs 19" wheels. Am I correct that have a set of 18 and 19 will be smart in the long run or as tires are getting closer in price that I should go 19" now?

Having 19" track wheels allows you to swap tires with your stock wheels.

Some people like buying used 18" wheels for cheap and using cheaper 18" tires.
Cup cars use 18" so supply was decent for 18" slicks in GT3 sizes.

I have two sets of factory 19" wheels. Works great road and track.
But for abuse, i save my factory wheels and use my 3 sets of 18" track wheels that are disposable.

Depends what you can find.
