Default 997.2 GT3 question and price check

Longtime lurker, first time poster...

Sold my 09 C4S last yr and picked up an 11 Cayenne S. Withdrawal has finally gotten the best of me...

I drove a new 991S and an 11 GT3 back to back last week...easy decision - GT3 wins by a mile!

Found a low mile (8k) car that hasnt seen the track yet. Has options I'd want (full lthr, nav, sat, front lift, dyn engine mounts, sport chrono plus). Has sport buckets as well. Thoughts on fair offer?

Any major issues to be aware of...other than CL recall?

Car may see track a couple times a yr - otherwise will be driven a couple of times per week.

thanks - hoping to end up w a great car in the next couple of months.

2011's on Porsche's PreOwned list start at 112 and go to 124 depending on dealer/options/miles. 100K to 105K

Hey there, I just wanted to piggy-back onto this thread and ask a follow-on question.
Another long time lurker here and current 09 C2S owner upgrading to a 2010 GT3.
Are the prices between 2010-2011 flat all else being equal? Also, what would you add for the ceramics?
Thanks!
Edit: Any key questions I should be asking before pulling the trigger?

Thanks for responses. Found one I'm interested in. '11 white over full blk lthr. Nicely optioned including sport buckets, nav, sport chrono plus, eng mounts and frt lift. Has less than 8k miles. Owner installed a cage and had entire car wrpped. Has been tracked twice. Assuming ppi is clean they're asking $112k. An thinking I could find a RS for the price. Am I right?

Not likely. If you do jump on it.

To someone who would track the car seriously, having the right seats and bar already in it is worth $8-9k over a car w/o them. And having the entire wrap is worth probably a minimum of $3k. None of that stuff is really crucial if you only track a couple times a year so nit sure what it would be worth to you. I waited around a long time to find a set of sports buckets for $5000. If you buy them right away(as in new) they are close to $7000. A bar installed is probably around $3000. I guess that stuff would be worth more to someone going to the track often.

If you find a .2 RS for 112k you should buy it. Available cars have dried up and prices have risen accordingly. I know of several lower mileage cars listed for 140k selling immediately.

Once upon a time you could ... not likely in this market.
Saw a private dealer buying a grey 9K miles RS for 130K... selling for 140K

Update...cayenne sold today so the search is in high gear.

Have a line on a '11 GT3 - Carrara white over full black interior. Well optioned - axle lift, DEM, nav/XM, SC+, sport buckets, Dev stitching, sound package +, dyn lights, etc. Entire front end is recently clear bra'd, roll cage and harnesses installed. Has been tracked twice lightly. 7500 miles. Ask is $112k - can be cpo'd for an extra ~$2.5k or so. Has Toyo proxes r888 tires - thinking I'd want to swap out to a different tire for street use. CL recall has been completed.

Car is absolutely stunning...price seems about right, but not sure w all the rumors of the 991 GT3 though. There arent a lot of these available (it seems). Any input/advice is appreciated. Thanks!

If what you say is accurate, it is well worth pursuing.

I think that's a good deal. If you can get the CPO included in the price it would be a great deal.
