mine will be normal at 90C 194F no way it will be below that,
in high traffic it will go to 100C 212F then 110C 230F and if the weather is very hot then it will be 120C 248F and then the coolent tempereture will start increase dramatically till 3/4 then you will get the warning with messege "engine blower failed" and your AC will be switched off at this time stop your engine

If you ever get a seriously hot engine, you can always turn the heating on full hot, it'll take some temperature out of the fluids. You can always get out of the car whilst you do it.
