Default Introducing SuperSprint's Exhaust Systems for the GT3 3.6/3.8

CampioniShop is SuperSprint's newly appointed distributor in North America for Porsche, MB AMG, Lotus, Bentley, Aston Martin, Ferrari, Maserati and Audi S/RS applications. We would like to present their offering for the GT3 3.6/3.8 !

This is the most performance enhancing exhaust system on the market for the 997 GT3 - adding 19.8hp with a full catted system and no tune.

About Supersprint:

The engineers at Supersprint realize that for maximum performance, exhaust development must begin at the exhaust ports of the cylinder head. This is why Supersprint has the largest variety of racing header systems in the world today. Each header incorporates CNC laser cut port matched flanges. Primary tubes are mandrel bent using the latest CNC tube bending equipment. With special tooling Supersprint has been able to keep weld joints to a minimum for added reliability.

The fully appointed R&D department uses the latest in prototyping equipment along with the reliability and accuracy of a MAHA "all wheel drive" chassis dyno. With over 50 years in performance exhaust development they have earned the confidence of many of Europe's most respected tuners. Most units are 100% stainless steel.
  • Mandrel bent
  • Full systems available

More pictures of the step-design headers. Those were pre-production pictures, the welds on the production pieces are much nicer.

We have communicated before on this system in regards to my project.
Are or can these headers be made to match 55 mm exhaust port size?
What is each header tube diameter, ? 55 mm ?
What is the diameter at the collector, ? 90 mm ?
Without the cats, what is the exhaust tube diameter from collector to center section, ? 90 mm ? or 70 mm?

The system looks great. We will be dyno testing very soon and would enjoy comparing power deltas.

Thank you

Ranger (Sua Sponte)

Hey Sua,

Got the answers to your questions!

Exhaust ports: 60x35mm (ovals)

Header tube diameter:
Pre step-pipe 48mm OD
Past step-pipe 52mm OD

The merge collector is designed to accept the stock sealing rings at 68.5mm ID.

The cat pipes/catless pipes are 65mm OD - 62mm ID.

The system was designed to handle up to a 4.2 displacement / 500 hp setup at optimal efficiency for high RPM breathing.

As you saw on 6speedonline - we're testing a set of oversized headers for 500 hp + engines.
