Corner balanced aligned and ride height to competition specs

2008 but it has the dreaded center lock wheels and .2 front and rear lights?

Is a car still street legal with out the side blinkers, reflectors and lights?

Not a fan of .1 cars putting .2 parts on it. Looks great, but kind of poser....

I dont see the big deal.
