I LOVE IT. PDK is light years beyond the 09s. Car sounds excellent with PSE. I'll be taking the car this week. Does anyone want video? Launch control video? Video of half naked girls on the car?

I drove one this weekend, and at a launch event a few weeks ago.
I think the true 911 is officially dead with the 991. Its gotten too big and to polished. IMO its not a sports car anymore it's a GT car that drives better than 99% of the current GT cars.
Porsche has a hit on their hands, and I see the 991 outselling the 997 which was their best selling 911 to date. This car will appeal to the masses, not just the Porsche fan. But by doing so IMO lost everything I loved in a 911, those arching curves, stellar steering with feeback, compact shape and a no nonsense interior that said "just get in, shut up, and drive!"
Does the 991 perform better on paper, YES.
Is it easier to drive at the limit, YES.
Is it more tame, YES.
Am I happy with the result, NO.
My plan now is to stock pile 997's and then begin resto-modding older 911's to keep my Porsche itch scratched.
