I think Porsche will price the 991 GT3 up there...
I have a deep feeling that my 2012 GTS will be the last Porsche 911 car I can afford.

997.2 gt3 started at $125K-ish and the RS at $150K
But, since we are talking about a new chassis and model, would not be surprised to see a bigger jump.
OTOH, I don't see these cars ever breaking through $200K MSRP.

I do see a 991 gt3/RS base prices being what you describe above.

Your numbers are $7-$10k high, respectively. My .2 with PADM, Full Leather, SPP, BT, Dimming Mirrors, Crests and more was $121K, give or take. Base was $112,200 then increased to $115k mid-cycle with more standard options. .1 gt3s had a base MSRP of $107k.

You're right, I was lazy with the exchange rate calcs. Still, the steps in pricing are about right.

pretty sure the P.com site lists the *PDK, SC~Plus, LC, "S" @ 3.9 under "tech. specs". I'm too lazy to look at the moment. Need more caffeine and trying to work the wife back upstairs for 3 mins; maybe 4 if I can hold out.
