Short Shift Kit on a 997.1 ?
Curious if anyone has done the short shift kit on the 997.1 GT3, I'm told it makes the shifting a bit easier/smoother ?

short shift is garbage.
you will want 996 CUP shifter cables. The stock 997 cable wear after awhile... the 996 CUP cables are rifle bolt like action!

can anyone kindly point me to the part numbers for the Cup cables?
What is involved in changing to the cup cables? Will I need to change anything else?
I also want to take the chance to ask if we can put the 3.8/4.0's shorter 6th and final gear ratios into the 997.1 RS. Thanks!
