Default FS: Featherlite open trailer with custom Porsche tire rack

My personal physician and often track rat friend Dr. Skip is not so computer saavy and asked me to help him sell his trailer on "that list thing I do." He is racing in the Cayman Interleague Series and has a deal with a transporter for this season so he wants to sell his trailer.

I think it's the 17' 6" model 3110. It is a 2008 model year and was purchased new in 2009. I think he paid $5,900 for it originally. One of our other track mates owns a fabrication business and added a custom Porsche rock-shield and wheel carrier for a couple thousand more. It's very cool.

You can see the pictures here:

You can change the color of the PORSCHE lettering by re-painting the backing plate whatever color you want. It was originally black but rattle cans on aluminum "don't stick so good" if you know what I mean.

He is asking $5,900 OBO. PM me for contact info.

I believe all fl trailers are the same width
if it is the 17.5 foot long (like mine) depending on the depth of the tire rack you should be able to get an RS on there within the footprint of the deck... ie rear bumper of car not hanging off the back of the trailer

rounding up I bet it is between 1700 and 1900 lbs - just a guess based on the pic and my experience with mine

Aren't all the cars nearly the same length and width? Around 14-1/2 feet long and about 6 feet wide?

I think I read somewhere that it was 1400 and change. I'm guessing another 75-100 pounds for the rock-shield, wheel carrier thing.

if you have a GT3 you should have a winch on the trailer, so as not to burn the clutch.

I have no winch but I don't inch my way on to the trailer
I have deck mounted parking stops - I simply drive on until I hit the stops and done

winch would be helpful if car was disabled for sure

PJS996GT3 may be more correct about the weight, I'm not really sure. I would guess it would take most P-cars ok.
