it is a neverending process - first you keep tires in the apartment, then you have 1 car garage but no space to park a trailer, I agree it is a fun way to rent a whole freaking commercial hangar for a garage but it requires a certain level of commitment.

If I had a couple of buddies that liked tracking, then it would've been fun and easy to rent a place. For just one person that is too expensive...

You're going to make me drive half-way through FL for a wheel swap before each event Peter?

How about this: when we meet face to face, I'll buy you a beer

What? No state income tax? How does FL pay for public service? Don't tell me you don't have to pay car sales tax as long as it was paid once when new ....

Zero state income tax, zero city tax. You just pay the federal income tax

We have heavy tourist tax, that is how we get away with it. All the northerners that visit florida get heavily taxed on rental cars, hotels ect

In my neighborhood 1/4 of the houses are "vacation" homes (I live right behind Disney). People buy them and claim that as their residence and claim residence. Much cheaper than paying satate income tax.

Trakcar / Mdrums I have an idea. We build a condo complex with small sleeping area, large garage right next to Sebring

All the state inncome tax paying Rennlisters can buy one and claim residence, and store their GT3's there

The delta between CA and FL COL is more like the value of a new Porsche annually given the average net worth of most GT3 owners on this forum...
