Help me decide which one I should get for my nephew he's 5 yrs old

the top one, the bottom one isn't an accurate color scheme is it?

i saw this one at CVS yesterday and had to buy it.
stock. no over revs. no track time. perfect paint. $5.99

That CVS one looks tight! Great color scheme.

The orange one has working headlights when it moves so I went for that one regardless of the size comparison.
