Default Advice, Buy Vertu Ferrari GT Mobile or not to Buy

I was looking to have very simple but elegant mobile device to have when i go on weekends and hang out, somthing like old Nokia 8850 the best looking mobile phone made ever in my opinion. then i saw Vertu Mobiles which is using Nokia phones but with luxury finishing with very simple software.

it is called Vertu Ferrari GT limited edtion to 2011 units only and it is inspired by the new Ferrari 458. the price is 11,000 USD !!!!

i know it is very expensive but whenever you see it in hand you will appreciate the hand made phone look and how it shows it is very expensive for a reason.

it is made from the same leather used in 458 and made of ceramic...etc.

i like it and i need other openions.

Are you kidding me. $11,000 for a phone. Not for me. Why?

I think you should send me the 11k. I could buy another 911, and make much better use of the money! Seriously, I guarantee you that I will have more fun with a 20 year old beat up 911 than you could ever hope to have with a cell phone.

it's just a phone; which will be obsolete in 2 mins. don't do it.
there are millions of better things to do with that money.
setting it alight, for instance, would be one of them.

Seems like a bargain for $11K. The diamond studded Vertu I saw at the Wynn Hotel in Vegas was a mere $110K. I still wouldn't buy it for $11K.

There is a Chinese version for about 10800 less. Both equally suck as phones, but the fake won't self combust; the made from 458 ferrari materials might..*

Now you will be missing their excellent "we find everything for you" 24h customer care, so spend another 500 to get a proper phone with quick Internet to access google and a Tom Tom navigation.

No offense intended but you think $97.00 a barrel oil has something to do with this? I saw a silver (the precious metal!!!) plated Bugatti Veyron in Monaco last summer that belonged to someone from Kuwait.

We need to do something about shipping our money overseas to buy such friviolous crap!

Just my opinion!
