Sorry, I had it ordered as an option. I just called Gary at FJ to see if he could use my VIN to order you a wheel and apparently they have already submitted a VIN to Porsche to have one built. Is that for you? He says that is the only way, and takes months, unless it is ordered as an option with the car.

OK now this is confusing ... I just measured my 2010 alacantara wheel at the 7/8pm position on the rim ... guess what ... thats right 4" circumference ...

now I am puzzled it seems the stock wheel and the CLA option are the same thickness (at least at 8 o'clock)

Larry, I just measured the CLA wheel. it is 4.75" at the 2 and 10 position where it is thickest. at 12, 4, and 8 it is slightly less than 4.25" where it appears to be the thinnest. used a twisty tie to wrap around the wheel and then straightened.

I used a cloth measuring tape and got 4.25 at 10 & 2 and 4" pretty much everywhere else ...

I guess there *is* a thicker wheel ... according to Suncoast their wheel (the one I posted earlier in this thread) is not the "CLA" thicker wheel but the Techquipment Caymen wheel ...

So, it looks like the only way to get this wheel is to order it on the car ... or steal someone elses ...

Or provide a VIN and wait it out.... happy to help if you decide to go that route.

I am still waiting on factory to see if they can order one with my vin for Larry.
@Larry - Stay the hell away from my wheel at the ring. I better not see a pair of vice grips in your helmet bag.

Hi all,

I have a 2010 GT3. I could not order it on my car as it was not released yet then. I have been struggling to find someone selling the CLA for the past 10 months. My dealer order one for me but when received we found that it is similar to stock. My dealer doesn't have clue what is happening but still trying to get me one. Any one managed to get hands on one or managed to find out who is selling it?

One option would be to have someone like MA Carbon remake your wheel. Someone did that on one of the boards and it turned out very nice!
