On the Spec sheet for Alignment Values...

There is NO Euro ride height spec.

Ride heights for GT3/GT3RS are the SAME for RoW/USA.

F. 108mm +5mm -0mm
R. 133mm +5 -0mm

Where do people come up with this false info

Is it measured from the top of the wheel arch?

Nothing in the water, my car came >5mm higher up front than the spec. The rear was bang on though. I have pics somewhere of the car as delivered and you can visibly see the nose is sitting higher than all the pics of the factory cars given to magazines.

NO

Where to measure:

FT: Road contact surface to lower edge of hexagon-head bolt of cross-member screw connection to body.

Rear: Road contact surface to the locating bore in the rear-axle side section (between toe and camber eccentrics.)

Mjones

Is this data still accurate since this post? I know it's an old one.

Dog, I just searched the forums and read all the various ride height posts and from what I gathered is that there is a 30mm rake in stock form but Orbit and a few other places that align these cars for the track they lower the rear by 10mm making at 20mm rake. Also remember these specs are on stock 19" wheels/tires.

You are using 245/40/18 and 315/30/18 so your ride height and especially your rake would be different if you aligned and did ride height on your stock 19" because your 18" rear overall diameter is 1" smaller over all diameter between 305/35/19 vs 315/30/18 and your 245/40/18 is the same overall diameter as your stock 235/35/19.....so you need to do ride height and alignment on your 18" track wheels since track specs are most important to you.

Agreed. Just trying to find some solid info on exactly where it needs to be. Never had it adjusted. Probably about time since it's about to have it's 6th birthday.

I believe that the front to rear rake is the most important. But somewhere around 90-100mm front and 110-120mm rear...keeper the 20mm rake.

I believe Randy and Peter are running something around the low setting. My car is at 90f 110r on 255/35/18 and 315/30/18

I believe these are the correct numbers:
OEM ride heights:
102/137 for the .2RS 3.8 = 35mm rake
102/142 for the 4.0 = 40mm rake

My setup on both 3.8 and 4.0RS:
Front
0 toe
-2.2 Camber
Bar full soft going to one from full soft and after Randy’s and Eddie’s advice I will further stiffen front to experiment.

Rear
2mm in each side
-1.7 camber
Bar middle.

Max wing and dropped about 10mm all around. Seems to drive OK.

Any idea on where I can find specs for a .1 GT3 ?

I'll just follow this rule of thumb and lower it 10mm all around once I find where my starting point should be. Seems like every time I go to track event I have at least 3 people comment on how tall my car is.

I did 95mm front and 125mm rear with 18" and it is TOO low.
