Awesome, hopefully they keep it heavy/streetable to show off how great these cars are straight from the showroom floor. I'm sure Manthey will be there with one of their beasts to prove that the mark is still good enough for outright honors as well.

Not to mention how much power was that GTR putting out? And besides who was driving the car, Millen? And a support crew too?

I say you did a better job because you did drive it through Long Beach California before the event. Stillen was located in Long Beach years ago before moving, if my memory serves me right!(?)

Wonder what brakes (iron or PCCB) and what tires (MPSC or ??) they'll run the race with.

I think that this is awesome news, I can not wait to find out who will be driving with him.

Bergmeister, and Long? Now that would make it really fun.....

Porsche startet im Motorsport mit spritsparender Hybrid-Technik durch. Wie das Magazin "Focus" berichtete, wollen die Stuttgarter beim 24-Stunden-Rennen auf dem Nürburgring vom 13. bis 16. Mai einen 911 GT3 RS mit Benzin- und Elektromotor einsetzen.
