997 GT3 For Sale in Boston
Yet another getting married selling my GT3 post...
2007 997 GT3, Atlas Grey/ grey, 4100 miles, bi-xenons, adaptive sport seats, GPS (sorry, you have to find the track and it doens weight THAT much), LoJack, window sticker, flawless, new car condition, factory warranty.
Am currently asking $129,999 but am willing to take the best offer, especially if the car goes to an enthusiast.
E-mail me here or knate1340@yahoo.com

Your car is very nice and is actually nicely optioned; you did not go overboard at all. Also, keep in mind it is an '07. I still think $5K below MSRP seems about right. I hope that helps.
Oh, where you live will matter too. I would think that in Cali you will get more for the car. Advertise it nationwide as much as you can.

With the options listed, MSRP should be around 115k.
15k over is way too much right now. 130k and you are getting close to RS territory.
I saw a few RS for 145k.
I agree with Stephen, 5k below MSRP sounds fair.
My 2 cents...

It can't hurt to ask for MSRP for a little while at least. It's true that dealers have listed base GT3s for ridiculous premiums, but those cars have not budged and the Ebay prices suggest that even MSRP may be asking a bit much. But you never know, and maybe some guy out there has been lying awake at night because he never found an allocation so he could order an Atlas Grey GT3 with Nav and adaptives.
Your best option: show your fiancee the dealer prices on Porsche's preowned search engine, then say "no way I'm taking less than $15k over." Result: you get to keep your GT3.

GT3's, as ALL other cars (yes, even Ferraris), are taking a beating right now. A few dealers are are getting some premiums but only due to certain situations. As a private seller you have some advantages and disadvantages.
Forgive me, but I've been shopping lately and most dealers are smokin crack with what they're trying to get.
Don't shoot the messenger, but I think you'll be lucky to get in the teens right now for that car. likely $10X,000.00 They're quite plentiful out there right now.
But hey, what do I know? I'm just a consumer...

I like your comments Aaron.. There may be truth there!
MSRP was right at $116. The more I look around, the more I think people here are right (as always) - I think $109,999 is probably the right price for the car right now.
