Finalizing deal on 997 GT3
Went to auto1 in Vancouver and saw the GT3 in person just fellin love.
Now I'm finalizing the deal they actually put the car in the classifieds here on rennlist. $169,400 ca. was the deal I got.

Added options:
Black Full Leather
Carbon Package Switch Panel
Adaptive Sport Seats
Self-Dim Mirrors & Rain Sensor
PCM 2.1
Bi-Xenon Headlamp Package
Porsche Crest in Headrest
Foot Rest Aluminum
Carbon Door Sill Mdl Insignia
Heated Front Seats
Wheel Caps with Colored Crest
Sound Package Plus
Chrono Package Plus
Floor Mats-Interior Color
I'd rather throw most the options out and get the PCCB's but what can you do.
Now im so ecstatic cant wait for delivery. Went from a 2005 boxtser to this quite the jump if you ask me.
I was wondering though if you guys are good with lease numbers. They quoted my lease as:
40,000 down ( that includes 1st monthly payment, tax(if any), and other stuff so its just 40,000 down)
$2200/mo. + tax (36 monthes)
%7.75
residual of $78,000
Does that sound right?

Can't help you with the lease stuff, but I just wanted to congratulate you on a nice car. I saw a white one like yours when I was in Vegas in Jan and it's a beautiful car. There was a new turbo beside it and I couldn't be bothered giving the turbo a second glance.
Hurry up and get it broken in and come out to the PCA autox sessions (starting Sat, Mar 31) to learn how to drive it. First track day at Mission is May 7th. I'll be there.
Cheers,

$40K less tax and one month rent is about 32.5K in BC. $2200 a month at 36 months with a residual of 78K is calculating an APR of 6.7% on 169.4K vehicle cost. So it sound slike you're getting a better rate or they're capping the car at less than you thought.
Congrats btw.
