Standard vs. Adaptive sport seats
Anyone know how do these really differ?
Standard seats have electrical adjustment of seat back, but manual fore/aft and height adjustment according to the order guide. Does this mean that the positioning is not infinitely variable, i.e. preset seat bottom locations?
Also, order guide says NO memory for seat position for adaptive sport seats. The GT3 brochure says there is memory. One of these is obviously wrong.

On my adaptive sport seats, the side bolsters on both the lower and upper seats adjust. If you are a large guy, you will always have them adjusted out all the way, which leaves you with the same width as the standard sport seats. If you are a skinny / small person, then the adaptive capability may have some utility for you. There is a memory for the adaptive sport seats that has capacity for 3 different seating configurations, at least on the 997S.
