Replace Alcanterra around shifter
The Alcantara around the shifter is starting to look pretty tired on my 997.2 GT3RS. Would like to have it replaced. Recommendations on someone to redo? Thanks in advance.

Yes, shift boot is all one piece I think. Red stitching preferable as well. I was hoping to do this without replacing the whole shift **** as well via sun coast parts which has the exact one except white stitching instead of red. Thanks

Exclusive Option
This is their leather version but they can definitely do it in alcantara

Dallas does great work on the steering wheels as they did mine. However I would not recommend other parts as their stitching length does not match the oem length. I know this because I had them do a shift boot and I ended up selling it because of that reason.

Has anyone tried Classic9 leather shop? Their center console is $800 compared to $1800 from exclusive option. I have seen some people in the 944 and 993 forums use them with good results, just wondering how the quality will compare with Exclusive option. I am having trouble justifying nearly $2k (some of what I would like to spend for coolant line pinning) on a center console. Classic9 is essentially charging what a new plastic center console would be from suncoast, but of course you provide the center console.

No, but I’m interested in a center console in leather or alcantara too and price much better

I may go for it over winter. 4-5 week lead time. Or I can just buy a separate used console on eBay and ship it to him. But it is almost worth it for the cost. ExclusiveOption is just a bit high on that price. I understand the materials and labor, but I just cannot justify it.

Their work is not as good as exclusive options work. Just like all of you I'm not a fan of exclusives prices, however their craftsmanship when it comes to matching oem quality is better than those others mentioned here. Anyone who knows me and my GT3 build knows my attention to detail on quality. I tried sample parts from 4 different upholster's and ended up selling them all because they did not meet my expectations. So while the cost is high with exclusive it is one of the few that I felt was worth the price.
