Default Drive belt rollers: Torque specs

Planning to replace the drive belt and also the rollers

I only cant find the torque spec of each individual bolt from the roller
From bolt 1 I found 45Nm?

Can someone here tell me the torque value for
External torx bolt 1:
Hex bolt 2:
External torx bolt 3:

What size are the bolts?
You can go by that if you can’t find.

Still have to disassemble.....think they are M8?

But torque spec varies on the grade of the bolt; 8.8 has a lower torque spec then for example a 12.9

There is no grade mentioned at these bolts...so would not like to guess

I only found 1 bolt torque spec and that was 46Nm

I too have searched for the specs, couldn't find it. I will reluctantly post this chart, says "all models" seems too vague:

Hi JB911

Thanks for the chart, but I'm afraid not usable.

Meanwhile I found out that all 3 bolts are M10.
So in theory ±45Nm should be possible for a M10 bolt

But we are clamping here the bearings of the rollers (especially the inner ring of the bearing.....I can imagine too much torque will impact the inner ring ....with failure of the bearing as result)

Thats why I wanted to be sure about the torque specs....but seems that Porsche haven't specified these ?

I searched extensively and did not find specs.

Deflection rollers(two of them):

996 115 015 76

Tensioning roller:

996 115 016 72

Pelican parts has them-perhaps a call or email asking for torque specs?

Why are you replacing these? BTW, the middle one(hex)seems quite close to the engine carrier to be easily removed-maybe one needs to move it as far as it goes(as you do to release tension while removing the belt)to loosen the hex bolt(?)

these things get crunchy and make noise. I've replaced a couple of mine over the years. I think we had to jack up the engine to get to one of them properly.

But the engine carrier will move up as you raise the engine if I'm not mistaken-so removing the carrier would probably be needed(?)
Whoever completes the DIY, please post pics

it was a while ago, forget, maybe they unbolted, or were able to get to them. I do recall it wasn't super trivial due to access.
