How much tire fits without rolling the fenders - street and race tires
 

I’m running the car on the road and autocross, and have about negative 2.2 degrees camber at all corners. I have to run the stock width and offset wheels in a 19 or 18 diameter, and I can’t roll my fenders. I have a 245/18 BFG rival on the front that seems to be about the limit and is just touching the inside of the fender lip in extreme cases. I’ve only ever run 305/19s on the back and it looks like there’s more room, but maybe only because the tire is stretched.

Can i run 245 / 315 x 18” Hoosiers on stock width / offset wheels without destroying the car? Without going to crazy camber?

335/30/18 rear

Thanks for the reply, you’re running 2.5 rear camber? Have you revised the rear bump stop? I’m 5mm lower than factory nominal in the back, so basically within the tolerance

You'll be beyond safe with 245/315s based on your camber and ride height. JBO

LOL. Yeah I better stay out of this one. Too many variables....

I've run 245/325 MPSS on OEM 19in wheels with no rubbing on the street, but slight rub at the track in the rear.

Ha !

I've run 255 (Hoosier R7) in front with slight fender rub at full lock.
Full lock doesn't happen on the track unless something has gone wrong.
