just moved to the OC from San Fran and miss the old roads up there in Marin and Woodside. Where do you drive down here? Where is that?

Welcome! This was Santiago Canyon. It’s close to where I live, but not the most engaging driving road. My favorite road in Orange County is Ortega Highway.
The best driving roads in So cal start at Angelus Crest. From there and looking North toward Central Cal, there are amazing drives with very little traffic. I personally love Angelus Crest. So many diverse road styles, speed, technical, etc. I miss being in LA for that reason only. The roads up here in the Bay Area are different. I've had to redo the suspension to compensate for the different conditions.
