Default Do .2 GT3s come with the center lock socket?

And if so where is it located? I poked around the frunk but haven't found anything.

In the frunk ... bottom left, a popup panel. Also documented in the manual

In the lower right side of the frunk, in a similar compartment, there should be a cannister of run flat.

You are not alone. I purchased one before I found it.

My dealer didn't know where it was either--I found it on my own.

Check out the sticky threads on center locks-I recommend getting involved instead of letting shops work on it. When I first went to get new tires installed shop tried to"crack it open" with the car on the ground and I had to quickly interfere and tell them it has to be done with wheels up in the air. So most owners end up getting the torque wrench/breaker bar-also, get used to doing the center lock nut maintenance with the correct grease. Another indy shop I visited didn't even have the Castrol Optimol, who knows what they were using-call me nuts but I prefer to keep them in check myself

^^^^^^ THIS IS A FACT! Carry your own gear and don't trust anyone to mess with center locks unless it's a "Porsche familiar" shop!!!

Yup, I picked up a Precision Instrument torque wrench / breaker bar combo. It was nice to find the socket in the car and not have to buy it separately.

I got to familiarize myself with the centerlock system and found something wrong right away: The locking mechanism was recessed in a good ~10mm on both rear wheels. Guess what, the dealer just recently installed 2 new rear tires. Just can't trust them.
