Just around town, you're looking at a plug and inflate if possible and if not, you're looking at a flatbed whether you have 5 bolts or CL.
50 miles out and beyond, it makes sense to carry the PI torque wrench but you're still looking at a flatbed whether you have 5 bolt or center lock if you're not able to plug or seal and inflate.
