Default 997 gt3 outer door handle
Passenger side door wont open from outside only from the inside anyone have any idea what it could be?

sorry, bad joke - have no idea but I doubt its anything that would be too expensive to fix - hate to say this but I'd take it to the dealership

Rod. Pull off outer and inner door panels. Take a look see.

Removing the door panel is a pretty simple job. If you need a guide on how to do it, I found this video to be a useful reference when I removed mine:
