Default Rear camber toe adjustment

Hi all, new to a GT3, getting to know the car. It looks like the previous owner had RSS lower control arms installed in the rear in addition to all the links. I seem to have roughly -1.8 degrees of camber in the rear but would like to get to -2. It seems like the eccentric bolt on the control arm still has room to push the wheel outwards but I am wondering if this is not the right way to go about it. Is there fundamental difference in getting the camber using shims vs adjusting the eccentric bolt?

thanks!
