Does anyone else make the RS4.0 wing end plates?

Not that I’m aware. Would love a set but there doesn’t seem to be enough interest to warrant production.

If you reduced the price to say $500 or $600 I’m sure you’d get a lot more interest.

Sure, if I could only find someone willing to make them for less money... But we all know about the Porsche tax, don't we?

I just bought a set from Demon Speed made by Joe Toth. After looking at the planes the contours look pretty simple.

$300 for CF or $150 for fiber

Getty sells the Cup replica end plates. Are they pre-drilled to fit the RS wing or do you have to do that as well?

Guys, I've had several people PM me over the past few months about the end plates. I was also contacted by a manufacturer who can help get us what we want if there is enough demand so I'm resurrecting this thread.

Can I get a show of hands of people who would be interested in a set of 4.0 wing end plates at a "reasonable cost"?

Thanks!

The wing end plates would normally be painted anyways if one were to keep it OEM looking. So it it could be make from any material, including fiberglass, the cost for a clear coat perfect finish carbon fiber I'd think would be of little value to most potential owners. Consider making it out of a paint grade material, and keep it under $500 and I'd think you'd get a lot more interest. $1000 is steep.
