Mine did that too, but it's gone away, or happens very infrequently.

It's a known issue; happens on long sweepers. I researched it a while back, but I'm sorry I can't remember exactly what it was. It has something to do with a steering sesor I think, and involved some kind of recalibration. Sorry I can't be of more help, but do more searching, or talk to a GT3 guru mechanic in your area, and they've probably heard of it before.
