Default Exhaust stains on rear bumper?

Love my Carrara White, but what's going on here? Any way to get rid of this without a full paint correction? The paint is totally smooth.

I have a Carrara White 2009 C2 - same issue. I just use some Meguiar's liquid wax to clean it up. These DFI engines are dirty - lots of soot that won't come off when you wash them.

That was the first sign I noted before my oil consumption increased and ultimately led to the diagnosis of bore scoring. If this is just starting to occur, you may want to look further ( or not)

Just got it off with some cleaner wax. I've always used standard wax and I'm pretty sure I tried claying it and it did nothing. So that's cool.

@Vitman - bummer. I'm in the middle of an oil study now. Fortunately I have 1+ years left on my CPO. I think the staining was on the car when I got it, so not new, but my car certainly loves oil. It's an 09 so a different situation, but still disturbing.

That's normal on DFI engines. I have 40k miles, same issue, no oil consumption and no bore scoring. Very NORMAL.
