Shop Suggestion for a PPI in Union NJ
Looking to purchase a 2006 C4S located in Union, NJ and I am in need of a Shop to do a PPI. The car is serviced at Paul Miller Porsche, but apparently, they will not do a PPI.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

You can try Jay Coates "the Popular Mechanic" in Summit/Chatham Nj, few miles away. I use him as my Indy, very thorough. Nice guy, talks a lot and will tell you all you want to know. Not the cheapest and not sure what he charges for PPI but I'm sure he will do what you ask boroscope, etc and will explain as much as you want him to. He has attended Flat 6 Jake Raby classes, etc and is an M96/97 specialist. Tell him ZM recommended him. Matter of fact, reminds me, I need to schedule my overdue spark plug changes and some other stuff. Good luck -have you seen the car - what are the details /price etc?

Wow -never heard of these guys they look fantastic, will have to check them out for some custom suspension work. . Almost like NJ's Singer I guess you can say. Everybody knocks NJ but you can almost throw a stone and find a quality Porsche Indy mechanic as well as several dealers to chose form. Not to mention places to get a good meal - at least in the top half of the state -forgetabou. (actually i first heard that saying about 35 years ago from a guy from Belleville no less -we were parking cars at the "Forge" ) I digress-sorry. Looks like you can't go wrong with these guys though.
