I am looking at a potential 997.2 purchase, and would love to update the fairly pedestrian front stock bumper. I had a 991 with Aerokit cup; loved the aggressive front. What are current options for a spoiler or front bumper? Affordable is good too. An M-performance carbon splitter and carbon front spoiler can be had for around $1200 for an M3, as an example. Anything like that for Porsche? It can be either carbon, or painted. I would also be open to a more aggressive bumper; I just don't want to spend something ridiculous (like $4k) just to get a more aggressive look. I am keeping the stock lid for the next owner.



I would likely do a turbo style wing or ducktail on the rear of the car as well. One that came up in another thread is GT3Tek. Any feedback on their products? Seems more along the lines of what this stuff should cost; a PU spoiler shouldn't be $1350.

Tons of options here. Affordable is relative so hard to say.

Techart, Vorsteiner, FVD, and werks are some of the top brands. All not "Affordable" in my opinion for what they are.

Maxton designs, gt3tek are value originated options that have a solid track record.

If you had a 991 you might like this option. A 991 sport lip fits on the 997.2 with some slight modification. Its also only a few hundred.

Speedster front bumper + lip is my personal favourite



Personally, I'm rocking the 991 sport lip on my standard 997.2 bumper. Looks great head on but adds little-to-no visual interest to the side profile.
