sluggish power

Disconnecting the battery resets the fuel trims and throttle mapping. Might take the car a couple drives to retune itself. Drive it a bit, exercising the motor through the rev range (once fully warmed up to around 200 degrees on the oil temp gauge of course) and see if your problem doesn't correct itself. I'm betting it does.

define sluggish? according to your butt dyno, you might be down a few HP's? or do you mean you literally stomp on throttle now but there is barely a response, as if it might be in 30% / limp mode or something...?

+1 on the throttle mapping reset. You'll likely regain all the power you 'lost' after a few drives.
