2007 C2S coupe. I am trying to mount the RennLine fire extinguisher mount under the passenger seat. I need to get to the front bolts that hold down the seat. There is a plastic part that apparently covers the bolt location. I don't want to break it. Does it slide forward or pop up? Is there a latch or connector of some kind? Has anyone installed this mount before that can give me some advice? Thanks in advance.

If I recall it actually pulls forward first (towards the front of the car) and then up.

you were right. plastic trim remover (Harbor Freight) popped it right off allowing easy access to seat hold down bolt. RennLine fire extinguisher mount bolted right in. Well engineered.
