Default Lowering springs, LH side 3/8 lower than right side

Vogtland springs installed 1 year ago not sure if it was like this since installed?

Both front and rear LH is lower than right measuring at fenders.

Should I buy new springs or add compensation plates to the left side?

I assume you're on stock dampeners and not coil overs as that would make the adjustments straight forward and simple. First, I would make sure the springs are properly installed and seated into the strut top caps. If one tech was working on one side of the car and a different tech on the other side, maybe one side was done incorrectly. Also, I'd have your alignment checked. Camber settings could create a ride height difference - I wouldn't expect it to be 3/8" but who knows.

also, if you have high mileage on stock dampers then you may be seeing the signs of damper failure.

Car only has 12,000 mi
One of the front struts blew and leaked oil bad so we replaced both front struts shortly after the spring install last year

I had an inspection done today and they found that the right rear spring is not positioned correctly making it sit high resulting in the left side being 1/2 lower.

Should I expect the shop that installed the springs to fix it for no charge????

If the shop has any integrity, they will do it for no charge.
That is what we would do in the shop I work at.
