Default Need To Borrow Center Lock Socket Chicago

Hey all, in a bit of a bind. Disconnected battery to change steering wheel yesterday and closed the hood. Having spent most time in air cooled cars the electronic hood release never even enter my mind.

Now I can't jump through the fuse box and need to take off front wheel to get to emergency hood release. Of course the center lock socket is in the trunk. If anyone in Chicago area can let me borrow one, will return it ASAP.

Thanks, Happy Easter.

Why can't you jump through the fuse box? Use your other car or friends with jumper cables, should work just more trickier than a portable battery tender.

People have reported the button not working but the remote working, so try both.
