A bit better than perfect. Hand rubbed and polished. Reflects with the precision of a mirror. I wish my factory paint looked nearly as good!!!

And the panel gaps are spot on.

Kudos to the body shop.

Joe ... Look forward to seeing you on the road in style in a few short weeks 8)

Summit Auto Body in Belmont. Chris Zammit is the owner. Recommended to me by my buddy who owns BK Motors over here, a consignment lot.

Default UPDATE

Well, almost 4 months since fusion surgery. All good, no pain, some soreness.

Two months in a cast, 6 weeks in a walking boot, now transitioning into the shoe. Spend about 90% of the time in the shoe.

About three weeks ago started extended walking in the boot. First, .5 mile for two days, then a mile for two days, then added .2 mile a day getting to two miles. Then 1.8 mile in the boot, .2 mile in the shoe. Continued that transition where I'm now at 1 mile in boot, 1 mile in shoe.

Started left foot driving a month ago, just the family sedans. The GTS sat until yesterday when I drove it over to get its front clip wrapped. Even though it has 56k miles I decided the nice new respray should be protected. Especially since the insurance company payment will cover it. Picked it up today. BEAUTIFUL wrap job!

Looking forward to a long casual drive on Sunday. Heading down the coast about an hour away for breakfast, then a cruise through the Santa Cruz mountains.

Also, looking forward to many pain free years. It's already a great relief.

Thanks for the good thoughts in this.

Glad you're back and things have gone well both with the surgery and the cars hiatus.

I'm glad the rehab is going so well. Discipline helps. Hope you can get back to 100% soon!
