Default What is this 997.2 worth?

Found this car locally, private party. Not sure on the price, there aren't many comparable cars on the market. Has 44k miles, clean and well maintained.

Here's the Porsche summary version I find easier to read. I'll leave it to others to figure out pricing especially my since my familiarity with cabs is weak.
Something that will be useful to know though, is this a one-owner with an expired warranty or a second owner with some CPO remaining? (Would last until 5/26/2017 possibly)?

Ideally, something in the mid to high-ish $50's.

Realistically, anything up to the low $60's wouldn't be that bad of a deal based on current 997.2 availability. Sometimes it's worth paying a little extra to make sure you get the car that sings to you.

Mid 50s. I wouldn't think much higher than high $50's
