Question Change Vapor Canister Filter for Carbon Canister for 997.2?

The pump shut-off many times while putting gas in before the tank is full, I guess it's time to change the Vapor Canister Filter for Carbon Canister.

Got the part link: http://www.pelicanparts.com/More_Inf...EM&SVSVSI=4741

But I couldn't find a DIY post, anyone has done this for 997.2?

Thanks!

Turn the nozzle to 3 o'clock with the handle at 9 o'clock and the tank will fill up. Mine shuts off as well till I did this and it's not an issue anymore.

Porsche sells a fix for this. Plastic ring that goes around the fill tube. I don't remember exactly what I paid for it, less than $10 as I recall.

Interesting..... anyone know the maintenance cycle on this filter? Only $36 from Pelican.

Something else to worry about.

Peace

A DIY would be good. I purchased one but could figure out how to get to the old one.

*slow flow when filling the P-car will get U a 1/1 tank

Porsche mech tells me its a pain to replace,
don't know the labor time

not replaced often, ask dealer
did not see it in the Porsche dealers Maint schedule
