Default pricing advice for 997.1 C4S purchase

New Rennlist member here but not an owner yet. I am looking at a 2006 997 4S convertible with manual transmission. I am not very familiar with the prices. The 993 forum has a nice price vs options, mileage thread but I could not see anything similar for the 997.
The car is slightly below 55K mileage, arctic Silver exterior, black interior. The dealer (BMW) is asking for $39K, warranty extra.
6 owners so far - something that worries me since I plan to keep the car 2-3 years, then sell it.

My priorities are convertible (for SoCal weather here) and manual. I'd like PDK but the price range is quite higher as far as I know.

The car was bought and used in NV until 13K, later was registered and driven in CA.

I drove a tiptronic base C2 but did not like it. It seemed sluggish and under-powered.

Which one is preferred for resale 4 wheel drive or 2 wheel drive? I am probably OK with manual C2 or C2S < $35K but could not find anything to test yet.

These are the options:
267 Self Dimming Mirrors
342 Heated Front Seats
405 19" Carrera Classic Wheel
446 Wheel Caps with Colored Crest
640 Sport Chrono Package Plus
666 Module for Telephone PCM
670 Navigation for PCM
680 Bose High End Sound Package
AN Black Standard Leather
M6A Black Mats - Porsche lettering
P15 Power Seat Package
V9 Black Top
X1 Arctic Silver Metallic
X54 Stainless Steel Exhaust Pipes
XCZ Sport Shifter
XSC Porsche Crest in Headrest
XXZ Foot Rest Aluminum

Yes I know. I meant, if I had the budget, I would look for a 997.2 PDK convertible.

Seems high and people get antsy with that many owners, they wonder about maintenance regularity and caring for their care. Go to porsche USA and look at dealer preowned just for comparison. Several 06-08 cabs listed.

ManoTexas,
Why you link points to Ebay Porsche accessories? Are you trying to advertise something?

Porsche, nope. Interesting I see the it in my posting but when bring it up to try and remove whatever it is, there's nothing. Apologize for it being there, didn't put it in and can't figure out how to erase. My bad.
In fact see it when not logged in but logged in looking at all the posts it's gone.
