Cabrio top leak
Well, that didn't take long. A roof leak already.
A week ago, I traded my 2002 Boxster S for a 2009 Carrera S cabrio. The cabrio part was by royal command, but I didn't put up any resistance because I really enjoyed driving the Boxster top-down.
Today we had the first big rainstorm and the roof has a leak at the right front edge, with water running out around the visor mount and the top front corner of the passenger window.
The seals look good -- supple, intact, symmetrical. Any guesses where these things tend to leak. I never had a drop penetrate the Boxster roof, so to have the 911 start leaking on me immediately is not an auspicious start....
